Hi Ron,
Just had to tell you how much I enjoy reading the wonderful snippets every month. Great job on this newsletter. Wonderful approach.

Dear Ron,
Your newsletters are a real delight and lot forward to them. I also usually forward them to other people whom I feel will benefit from your valuable lessons. Not just in business, but in living as well. I try to always think of other people as personal customer with whom I have a relationship with that requires energy and "service' if the relationship is to grow and get " better." Thanks again for being you and the wonder newsletters. They DO help.
Regards, Thayne Madrid

Dear Ron,
This is one e-mail where I will not just glance at it and let it pass off . I will go through every line and digest it as it motivates me every time. It puts back the energy that leaks out off my dynamo. I was quite upset over an incident this morning and after going through your e-mail I feel much better.
Thank you. Yoke Lan

Dear Mr. Kaufman,
I am a keen reader of your newsletter, though not an active replier. However, I really did appreciate your note on "SERVICE POWER: Say a Genuine "Thank You", Even If You Do Not Get the Job" which appeared this week. As you say, there are times when after a LOT of hard work you still do not get the contract. Thank you for providing action that I can take to still keep in touch with someone, who thinks they don't want my service and still maintain hope of some day winning back the contract or even getting something better ! Thank you !

Dear Mr. Kaufman,
You must have received just as many "thank-you"s as the number of your subscribers, so let me have the privilege to be added on that list, too. Ever since subscribing into your inspirational "Active Learning" programme in September, I've never failed to find something practical and helpful for myself as well as for sharing with someone. May you be blessed with greater wisdom as you continue to share your lessons in life with us. Thank you once again.
Your appreciative subscriber, Sue Tay
