Ron,
This is the best write-up that I have read in a long time. I have
always
had this habit of hitting back at the person who sends me a nasty mail
and
I am satisfied if I am twice as nasty. You are absolutely right in the
sense that this satisfaction lasts only for a few minutes after which
you
feel lousy and the relationship with the other person gets worse. I do
hope
I can practice what I read today and if I do improve, it thanks to
you!!!
Cheers, Malathi Natarajan

Dear Ron,
I look forward to reading your mail every month. Sometimes when things
takes a toll on you or things start going wrong, I reread some of your
monthly mails to soothe some of my nerves. Thank you.

Hey Ron,
Today I got some more value add from you. Reading your newsletter on
the
quick wins with "Suggestions" was refreshing, straight forward and as
common sense as usual, however mentioning it and bringing it into the
forefront is the key to success. Will help me with some short term
projects.

Hi Ron,
You're doing a really great job. I really enjoyed your course and I
love
reading your newsletters so keep them coming!
God bless, Lim Yin-Fern

Dear Ron,
Interesting and educative indeed!!! A friend forwarded one of your
monthly
editions and I was taken to bits at the very practical and informative
write ups.

Hi Ron,
Your newsletter has once again provided some welcome ideas. Keep up
the
great work. Your contributions are much appreciated.

Roberts

Hey Ron,
I just wanted to drop a note to tell you how much I enjoy your
newsletter,
both the "business" side of it
as well as the anecdotes you share about your family. I like how you
handled that testy fellow, and how you
replied...being the type to meet an attack head-on with a bazooka with
nuclear capabilities, your response gave me pause...to
think...hmmmmmm,
maybe there is a better way. I guess all of us walk around in these
hypersensitive skins too apt to get easily offended...that we never
take
the time out to think of ways to diffuse the situation.

Ron, Good Job! I enjoy reading your notes, although I often have not a
current situation to apply them. This issue's note about the complaint
was
one I can use... to grow a relationship when teachers provide feedback
that
isn't as
appreciative of my efforts as I'd like.
